Housing equality begins with a place families can afford to keep

A housing agenda for Puerto Rico should be judged by a practical question: can families obtain a safe home and remain there without sacrificing food, transportation, or essential care? Announcing a program is only the beginning. The public deserves to know who can apply, what documents are required, and what happens when an application stalls.
